Before purchasing Ebaarik products, it is very important to read the refund and return policy. This will help you know whether you are eligible for a refund or not. Before returning a product, please note that your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it from us. In addition, it must be present in its original packaging. Otherwise you will not be able to return the product to us.\
Conditions for Returns
To carry out the procedure it is very important that you have a receipt or proof of purchase. Below are some situations in which you will receive partial refunds (if applicable):
- The item you are returning must be unused and free of defects.
- If you return any product that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours.
- Any product you return after 30 days of delivery
- All returned items must include the original tags, warranty cards, accessories, gifts and user manuals.
- The product you are returning must be in its original packaging/box. And please make sure all items are returned in the same condition, including the return shipping label with the item.
- EXCHANGE We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible but it may take up to 2 weeks, our team always tries to deliver as quickly as possible.
Refunds (If applicable)

Valid Reasons to Return an item
You are eligible for the product if:
- You can only return the product if the product delivered is damaged. It must be discontinued, physically broken, or must be defective (dead on arrival)
- The product has been delivered correctly as shown on the website or it is incomplete and there are some orders that it will not send with great discounts.
- Moreover, you can return the product if you no longer need it or if you are not satisfied with your purchase from us. You can also return the product if you do not fit or like the product after opening. Under all of these conditions, you are eligible to return resources.
- You must claim the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot provide any refund, return or exchange if the problem is later identified.

Sale Items (If applicable)
Before requesting a refund, please note that only regular priced items will be refunded. We do not offer any refunds for items purchased on sale. The price you pay is the price displayed on the product page on this website for the sizes selected at the time we receive your order. While we try to ensure that all prices on our site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
Exchanges (If applicable)
Here at Ebaarik we only offer refunds or exchanges if you receive defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange damaged items for the same product, you can call or email us. We will definitely contact you and exchange your items. Replacement We do our best to deliver it as soon as possible, but it may take up to 2 weeks.
Shipping
To return a product, please note that you will have to pay all shipping costs yourself. We do not refund any shipping costs as these shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that your refund does not include shipping costs, as we will deduct the shipping cost from the amount we will refund to you. Therefore, we suggest that you read our Refund and Return Policy before sending us complaints about the refund amount. This will help you avoid any type of conflict or confusion regarding the refund amount.
Deposit
We don’t take any deposit unless you have special requirements like you want to customize size, color, arrange special delivery or anything else.
We accept deposits if someone cancel their orders and places new orders or make some changes to their existing order. The deposit will not be refundable and you will be responsible for making any changes. The deposit will not be refundable if you refuse to take delivery or cancel delivery after arriving at your address as we will have to pay a delivery fee which can range from £50 to £150.
