When the order is completed and our team determines the furniture delivery schedule, our main goal and focus is to work according to the wants and needs of our customers. Customer satisfaction is our first priority, so we mainly focus on working (delivery planning) according to our customers’ schedule.
Our delivery drivers are well trained and professional and will finally inform you of the delivery of your merchandise 30 minutes before delivery (you may be at the supermarket or at your neighbor’s or friend’s house at the time of the call).
At Ebaarik, we know that time is money, which is why we respect your time so much and hope you will do the same in return. Therefore, we ask you to be at your home (delivery location) at the time of delivery.
In many cases, 30 minutes may be enough time for some buyers to reach the delivery location. However, in some cases, 30 minutes is not enough, as the buyer may encounter a problem or unexpected event. So, if you cannot be at home (delivery location) according to the delivery schedule, you must contact us at 01708594027, so that we can find a way to solve the problem.

Delivery times
Typical delivery times vary from 8am to 4pm. M. Until 7 pm. M. meter. Until 8 pm. meter. And 8 pm. meter. from Monday to Friday; However, in some exceptional cases we can offer weekend delivery. If this happens, we will notify you prior to delivery to provide excellent customer service to our valued customers. All we need from you in these cases is for you to provide us with accurate contact details and relevant information so that we can inform you of the delivery date via text message or phone call.
We usually deliver within 1 to 10 working days (from the order date) when the purchased products are in stock, and we deliver very quickly because our customers’ satisfaction is our main goal. But the normal delivery process takes place within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of payment.
Please note that some products may be delivered early and, in exceptional cases, later than the suggested delivery schedule (up to 10 weeks).
In case of urgent shipping needs, you may contact us with full order details (full delivery address and desired delivery date and time). When we receive these details, our team will inform you of the feasibility of your order (and we will often deliver it according to the customer’s requirements).
In cases where an order is placed for more than one product, all items will be delivered at the same time (at the same time) once the products are in stock. Your kind support and patience will be highly appreciated in this context.
According to our delivery policy, in order to provide perfect delivery to our customers, we contact our valued customers 3 days before delivery and inform them of the delivery date and time. On the day of delivery
Once the delivery terms, date and time have been agreed and specified with our shipping partners (courier company) and the customer is not present at the delivery point at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge the buyer an additional fee. minimum of £25 in the event of a failed delivery charge. But this is not always the case, because it depends on the courier company that we have chosen to deliver the purchased merchandise.
As per our delivery policy, the products will be delivered to the door of the buyer’s premises in the safest place, only at the door and no delivery will be made upstairs (delivery location). We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
In accordance with our delivery policy and regulations, all delivery drivers are under strict instructions not to carry items upstairs and it is important to repeat that delivery of all products will not take place upstairs and will take place at the doorstep of the buyer’s premises in a safe place. However, if the drivers make such a request (in case the customer wants the driver to carry the items upstairs), the customers will be fully responsible for any damage/risk. All buyers are advised to adhere to and respect our delivery policies.
Important Note:
Throughout this page, we use the term “Transportation of Goods” many times and it is important that you understand what we mean. The term “carrying things upstairs” refers to apartments located beyond (above) the ground floor. Our drivers travel alone, so they will not be able to carry goods or objects upstairs. Therefore, please do not make such requests to our professional drivers. Similarly, drivers will not assemble or install furniture/items unless we arrange this in advance (this means you are free to ask us for help and you must do so in advance).

Acceptance of goods
In many online or offline transactions, the buyers is not always the final user (customer) of the purchased goods, that is why it is important that we make some clarifications here.
If the purchaser acts as end user (customer) then the purchaser are liable to accept the goods within 5 days of the good delivery to the purchaser’s location. Once the goods are accepted, the buyer are no more entitled to turn down (reject) the goods (This will purely become a violation of the mutual contract)
